10 consecutive timed challenges with no rest between to push athletes to the absolute limit. Pulling together every facet of fitness from the Exertrain Training System we have been able to produce the ultimate athlete fitness test.

Each of these stations will improve your technique and develop your fitness education as
well as test your fitness through each intensive circuit of exercises.
Either just come and work on your technique or test your physical conditioning on each
station. If you want to test yourself you can get a time for each station you complete and
then add all your times together to get an overall time and then compare on the board to
all the athletes and previous participants.
Each station has a sequence of challenging exercises which are done for 10 reps each.
