Powerlifting at BodyPower ran in association with the BPC

After the success of 2009 the BodyPower Expo will once again be host to the explosive British Raw bench press championship and deadlift meet.

The Power Zone will be full of raw power and strength Featuring awesome atheletes such as Andy Bolton world record deadlift holder.
 
Over the weekend the BPC will be holding The British Bench Press Championships.

Come and watch guys and girls lift weights up to 300kg – to see these weights being lifted is unbelievable.

World record attempts will be made for the deadlift and bench press
