Steve Cotter's IKFF are delighted to be presenting at this years Bodypower. Originally hyped as a "mysterious" Russian training tool, Steve Cotter has demystified the Kettlebell and it is now taking it's rightful place as one of the most effective, practical, efficient training tools available. With the right teaching, practice and training Kettlebells provide a unique challenge and a total body workout.

Jonathan has over 20 years experience in the world of strength and conditioning. A Physiotherapist for 14 years, he was worked with patients and clients at every stage of treatment, recovery and rehabilitation, in every field of training, focussing on health, wellness with a particular emphasis on improving their movement quality and flow.
Over the last decade Jonathan has explored numerous methods to enhance movement & performance. When used correctly one tool stands out - The kettlebell.
Jonathan began unraveling its potential in rehabilitation and performance in 2003. He Furthered his knowledge attending Pavel Tsatsouline's RKC in 2004. Since then numerous workshops with Steve Cotter's cutting edge International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation, thousands of hours working hands on with clients and many discussions with the deep pool of talent around him has led to the development of this workshop with Keith Openshaw. Jonathan is UK Director of the IKFF (alongside Rannoch Donald) and co-founder/owner of Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd based in London since 2001.

Rannoch is the founder of Kettlebells Scotland and Simple Strength. A lifelong martial artist & fitness coach, Rannoch was Scotland's first certified Kettlebell Instructor and works extensively with Steve Cotter, promoting Kettlebells and the IKFF's unique methods with trainers, coaches and the martial arts community across the UK.

Cj Swaby is the founder of CJS Fitness. As Kettlebell Coach, ABA Boxing Coach, lifelong Martial Artist and distance Runner, he is always seeking out and refining effective training methods to enhance human performance and movement quality.
He discovered the unique performance potential of Kettlebells and has refined his skill and knowlwedge through numerous workshops with Steve Cotter and the IKFF.
Cj's regularly delivers Kettlebell Courses geared towards Personal Trainers and Physiotherapists. His work has featured in publications including Fighters Only and Fit Pro Magazine. Cj is currently developing a unique strength and conditioning system for Boxers based on his training philosophy and experience.
