The UK’s largest health, fitness and nutrition expo returns in 2012 and what a year it promises to be.

Our exhibition continues to grow and the range of exhibitors broadens further to include equipment, nutrition, male grooming and supplement companies. On top of that, we have an unrivalled variety of athletes across a large number of sports already confirmed for 2012. This is the only chance to see a truly world class line up over one weekend.
 
In addition, we strive to improve the visitor experience, and as a result we are introducing free running, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Martial Arts to our sports in 2012. These sports will have the worlds best athletes in attendance, and many will offer a competition over the 2 days along with unique interaction for those wishing to take part.
